The anger is gone!

This Screen is in Hebrew but let me translate since it is an amazing example for the side effects of removing the heart wall.
"I can't get angry" this is what she texted me.

- I couldn't see the problem, so she called me to explain.

And these were her words:

"In the past I used to get angry. So angry, I was furious.
Every little thing would make me rage. Especially my kids.
If my son did a little bad thing I used to start screaming.
When my daughter did not listen - I got into a crazy madness.

And at night, before falling asleep I tried to think what the h*** was I all warmed up about?
I did not have an answer, only sadness and more anget for not controlling myself.
Agreements with myself not to scream the next day never worked - I always screamed.
Truthfully, with everyone, not only the kids"

-Yup, I remember, and now what?

"What happens now is that they still are annoying. Like always. Like normal kids.
So I mention is to them and move on.
I am not mad. I am not furious. I even don't shout.
I am in complete shock and my husband sees this and can't believe either.
I definitely comment and ask them to stop, but I will giggle with them and move on.
The kids are calm. My oldest even said she is having fun with me and that she feels I am happy.

I know it is because I do not have a wall around my heart anymore.
I feel it! Thank you so much!"

- These after-session phone calls make me so happy!

So yes, a wall around our heart makes us react our of proportion.
Sometimes, due to a little thing that happens we feel an un-proportional rage this is trapped within use for years.
It is time to say goodbye to the wall around our hearts.
