Unjustified Anger



Did you ever feel really angry, burning on the inside and then, you suddenly realized that maybe you shouldn't have been so angry?
Or did you yell at the kids and now you feel guilty because it wasn't justified?
So first of all, a hug from me. It happens to the best 

Is there such a thing as justified anger and unjustified anger?
My recommendation is always to get the emotions out and not repress them, but there is a way to do that, in a healthy and pleasant to ourselves and to the environment.
When there comes a point when we have guilty feelings and we realize that we may have been angry for no real reason, it may be caused by trapped energies.

A distinction can sometimes be made between justified and unjustified anger.
Someone angered us, we were angry, but then moved forward. Justified anger.
We are humans and we are allowed to choose to be angry.
When there is a case where we were angry and followed by the feelings of guilt,
Anger at myself for the way I behaved,
Sorrow, regret and more,
It may be unjustified anger or a disproportionate form of anger,
And it's worth looking into why anger comes up and if there is a way to release it.
