As part of the circle of life, we lose our loved ones.
The sadness is terrible and unbearable.
Sometimes it's really hard for us to function.
It's hard to keep living.
It is okay to choose grief and grieve for a certain period of time.
It's human and very important.
When you make this choice, it is important to decide when it is enough and when it's time to move forward.
It sounds very cold.
It doesn't make sense.
But I hope my next explanation will help to understand why I advise such a thing.

What happens (sometimes) to the soul after it leaves the world?
Why do I say sometimes?
Because it certainly does not happen to all souls and there are other examples to what happen to the soul that I do not present here today.
And also, because I usually avoid generalizations.
So what happens to some souls?
Some fail to reach peace.
They can't leave quietly.
Sometimes this happens because WE don't let them leave.
We continue to cry for long periods of time.
We think about them a lot and focus on their least good times.
We think about how the looked when lying in bed, connected to devices
or fail to respond with lots of drugs.
We focus on the negative part of their life.
What happens is that the soul suffers and can't move on.
What sometimes happens is the soul gets connected to the person who is thinking of her and both of them suffer deeply.
How vibrations decreases, energies get trapped in us and also being absorbed in us from that loved one who has passed away.
You can really see a cord connecting the grieving person to the soul.
And that thread doesn't allow them to move away and leave.
Yes, that sounds surprising and maybe unpleasant though
sometimes we are the ones who keep them from moving on.
This is a topic that is recurring recently in my channeling and energetic sessions.
I tried to write comfortingly because, nevertheless, those who read it,
And those who come to me for sessions in case of loss need comfort.
But I can't embellish things.
I present them this way not to scare you
But to teach you how to help yourself after such a loss
And to help those suffering souls.

What should you do?
After your mourning period,
If you can't move on in life,
And you keep thinking about that same soul,
Make sure thede thoughts are good thoughts about her,
Not thoughts that would make you cry.
Take their happy pictures from good times
And laugh with them together.
Think how powerful they were
At different times in life,
How happy, funny, hardworking or anything else positive
That would make them smile and rejoice in the life they had.
I receive deceased messages and need to pass the message on and it is not easy to locate the message owner.
