There are many reasons for back pain and the reasons vary from person to person.
Low back pain can be caused by energies trapped in the spine or between the vertebrae,
toxicities, infections (such as viruses or bacteria), malnutrition, external injury and more.
But what surprises many people who contact me is that I tell them that back pain can be caused by caffeine. 😳
You may not be sitting on a comfortable or ergonomic chair, but before you switch to an expensive chair,
I suggest trying to downsize or cut off caffeine and see if it helps.
Sometimes it will help to lessen the pain and the rest we can address in our healing session or
through the ‘30-days Raise Your Vibe Program’.

So why caffeine?
Caffeine is toxic to the kidneys and damages the liver.
Our kidneys are attached to the muscles that are located in our lower back and when energies are trapped
in that area, it weakens those muscles, which then directly leads to pain in the lower back area.
Caffeine causes acidity that lowers the body's pH.
Caffeine also disrupts the hormones and the function of the glands in our body, especially the adrenal glands.
Lower back pain can also be caused by imbalances in the uterus, bladder, colon, small intestine and more.
When the body is damaged in such a way, it accumulates and produces a lot of negative energies that are very important
to release because, as I always say, any energy trapped in the body can affect us in so many areas of life.

So how do we handle this imbalance? How to release trapped energies, infections, and toxicities?
My answer is always a healing session with me or through the ‘30-days Raise Your Vibe Program’ (which is also with me ;) )
The program will help you release a large amount of trapped energies and eventually
even if we need an individual healing session, the process will be significantly shorter.
If you have back pain, constipation or any other side effects, I suggest eliminating caffeine and see how

because “there’s no way in the world I will give up my coffee”
