Emotions are so cute. Look how they drew them in ‘inside out’.
Emotions are really cute and necessary as long as they don’t get trapped in our bodies.
But it is not in our control.
And then… what happened to Riley can happen to us too.

Already watched ‘Inside out’?
If not let me tell you a bit about the movie – spoiler alert!!

The movie is about Riley, a little girl, 11 yrs old that needs to move with her family (let’s call it Relocation :) )
Her life goes upside down.
Her parents are busy with the move and their new job. They are also trying to adapt to the changes.

Riley is sad but her mom is asking her to smile to daddy. Not to show him she is sad.
Riley, a happy child usually, starts to repress her emotions.
And she starts to fade. From a happy child she becomes a sad one with rage tantrums.
She can’t fit in school, leaves the hockey team which she loves and eventually she runs away from home.

Who of you has “Riley” at home? Who has a little “Riley” inside them that went through bad times in her life?

I work with children that came to me because “they suddenly changed with no reason” – as their parents described. I also work with children that experienced a big move (relocation) and have a lot of trapped energies in their bodies.

The emotions, that look so cute in the movie, are usually felt and fade away.
The problem begins when they are too hard to handle, they are not processed correctly and they get trapped in our bodies.
They get trapped as negative energies, psychic traumas, in a heart wall (we already discussed the unwanted wall in previous posts) – and they come to the surface in the middle of nowhere and control our children. (and us, too)

The kids, they can’t handle this and they start to change. They are being controlled buy these energies.
They get far and far away from us, from their friends. They don’t fit in school, mad with no reason and no proportions, can’t come down, etc.

Lots of these kids, after they act out like this, can’t explain why they behaved like that. And it is true.
In most situations they can’t control that rage that comes out from them.

Now pay attention, I am writing about kids, but in every grown up – there is a child and we all act like this from the same reason.

This movie is genius (if you can disregard a few annoying sentences) and it teaches children (and their parents) about emotions and how important it is to express them.

What happens in your house?
Did you child suddenly changed?
And the little child inside you, how does she feel?

I invite you to contact me so we can check if you/your children have a heart wall and if energy work can benefit your family.
