During our journey together I teach
and ask you to protect yourself from negative and low vibration energies that
might get trapped in your body and influence you.

The moment you start listening to your body, it will let you know by sensations,
feelings and emotions, that there is something trapped within.
That is the advantage of walking in the healing path.
You learn to identify when something is trapped.
Ignoring these messages from your body will make it stop alerting
you, so please, do not ignore it.
A feeling of burden in your chest, low vibe, sadness with no
reason and more – are all ways of the body to alert you that something needs to be
released.
If we walk in this journey together
(and even if we’re not) I truly recommend you to protect yourself.
I gathered here a few ways to do so –
these are the ones I believe in.
You should try and find out which
ones helps you the most.

Imagine yourself in a bubble,
nothing negative can go through it and reach you.
It sucks the negative out and only
allows the good to get in.
I usually prefer to say what I
imagine out loud – “I am sitting in a bubble. The bubble protects me. Nothing negative
can get through it. My bubble is filled with the light of the creator, love, happiness,
laughter and all the good for my highest best.“
Use your own words and add all that
seems right for you.
Usually it is enough but I also like
to strengthen this protection and imagine my bubble in a 3D Star of David.
I call to my guardian
angels & my guides to stand and guard it, and call the healing and cleansing light of the creator to surround me.

This can also be done on young children. You can imagine and say
all of the above for them. Imagine them in a bubble and so on. you can also teach them to do it themselves.
This should be done with a lot of
intention and not just reading the text without meaning it.
Another good way is to draw a Star of David, with arrows at the
corners. Inside it you can write your name, the names of your children, “my
house” or anything else that needs protection.
Put this paper in your pocket and renew it from time to time.

There are two strong prayers I
recommend reading. They are in Hebrew but there is also an option to listen to them
on YouTube.
Let it play around the house to
raise its energy.
Remember!!
Do not play these prayers on Sabbath
(Friday night through Saturday night).

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills,
from whence cometh my help.

After practicing and training your body to raise these shields around you, you could simply say “Shields up!” and they will surround you immediately.
Your body will understand what you mean and will help you.
Having said that, I prefer that you will not start by doing this at the beginning.
How often should I raise my shields?
- Whenever you think – hey, it’s been a long time since I raised my shields… it is probably a good time to do so.
- Whenever you get to meet a person that you think you might
absorb negative energies from or they might send a negative energy to you (if they mean it
or not).
- Before you go to bed – our soul travels around while we sleep,
therefore it is very important to protect ourselves before bed time.
- In the morning when you wake up – our shields are weakening while
we travel at night.
And don’t forget – anytime you need help – call the angels to help you!
We all have guardian angels, they watch and care for us but will not interfere
unless we call them and ask for their help. They are waiting for us to ask. “Angels!
Guides! Help me! Protect me!”
As mentioned above, you need to try
and find which of these help you the most.
Maybe a combination of a few.
