Raising Your Vibration


Low vibration is causing us to sadness, depression, losing joy in our life and vice versa, sadness, depression, etc. are lowering our vibration and are inviting unwanted energies in.
This is a vicious and unhealthy circle.


Here you can find a list of suggestions that are useful in raising the energetic vibe.

Smile – Even if it’s forced, it has a therapeutic influence on the body. Also, laughter is very important. Meet with people that make you laugh or go to a comedy show.

Music – Music has the ability to cheer us up. But remember to choose the happy music and not the sad and depressing music.

Dance – Choose a rhythmic music and add a dance and body movements to it!

Meditation – even a short one, can raise your vibe. Look up one on YouTube or use my therapeutic meditation (contact me for more info).

Deep breaths – During the mediation from above, or even without it, watch your breaths and make them deep.
Imagine that with every breath you take, the light of the creator goes into your body, lights and cleanse every part of it.

Water – Water are a good way to ground ourselves and they help raising the vibration. Water also helps with cleansing our body systems including the energetic ones. Drink water or take a long shower/bath. Imagine the water as light that washes you and washes all the negative energies from you.

Writing and giving thanks – by writing you can release all negative energies. Simply write every thing that comes to your mind. Write it all out.
In addition, use writing to make thank you list of all the good things you have in you, in your life or that happened to you today.
Make a long list or write 3 things every night.
It doesn’t really matter when you write – the best time to give thanks to the universe is now.
Stuck and have nothing to write?
The next day, plan ahead to have good things to happen to you.

Candles – light some candles or a diffuser.
The light of the candle has amazing energetic powers and if it has scent, it’s even better.

Paint – paint anything with the colors you love, free hand or into a mandala. Very relaxing.



Spend time on yourself – do something that makes you feel good.
Go to a workshop, read a book, go to the beach/lake or get a massage. Anything that makes you feel good.

Spend time in nature – go out to nature, walk on the ground, preferably bare foot, be under the sun – all these are grounding and are good to raise your vibe.
In addition, you can sit on the ground, imagine and/or say out loud: roots are coming out of my feet and from the base of my spine… they go deep into the ground… they multiply… they ground and empower me…  



Sleep – lack of sleep can cause law vibration. It is very (very very) important to sleep enough in order to raise your vibe and keep it high.

Our surrounding – keep your surrounding energetically clean.
Avoid complaining people, bad news, loud music or sad music etc.
Mess can also lower you vibe. Keep it clean 😊

Prayer – reading prayer will make your vibe high.
You can listen to it on YouTube or read from the bible.
Let it play around the house to raise its vibration.
Remember!!
Do not play these prayers on Sabbath (Friday night through Saturday night).

Angels – Call the angels, call your guides or the Creator and ask for their help in raising your vibe (or anything else for that matter).

And last but not least – positive affirmations.
If you will listen to yourself and others, you will realize that most of what we say is negative. Find good affirmations (google louise L hay) and keep reading and using them.
